Most fursuits are machine washable on a gentle cycle using cold water and a mild detergent—however, it’s always best to check with your maker first. For partials, hand washing is often safer. Let your fursuit air dry completely; never use a dryer, as heat can damage the fur and foam. Brushing the fur gently after drying helps maintain its fluffiness and prevents matting.
